PT Binayasa Karya Pratama Holds 2026 National Coordination Meeting Under the Theme "Growing, Developing, and Prospering Together"
Jakarta, 5–6 February 2026 – PT Binayasa Karya Pratama (BKP) held its 2026 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) over two days at Hotel Ibis Styles Tanah Abang, Jakarta. The event carried the theme "Growing, Developing, and Prospering Together." It was attended by the Board of Directors, Regional Office representatives, Area Managers and branch representatives from across Indonesia, as well as various BTN affiliate companies and several BTN divisions.
Consolidation and Shared Commitment
The Rakornas opened with the signing of the Integrity Pact and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by representatives of BKP's leadership. This step reaffirmed the commitment of all BKP employees to uphold integrity and work with a shared set of performance standards.
In his remarks, BKP President Director Aloysius Wilhelmus emphasized that the company's achievements are the result of collective effort, not individual work. He encouraged all participants to use the Rakornas as a national consolidation forum: strengthening coordination, communicating policy, and keeping the execution of strategy consistent. He hoped the theme would not remain a slogan, but be embraced and put into practice in everyday work.

Over the two days, the Rakornas featured a number of speakers and addresses, including:
- Aloysius Wilhelmus, President Director of BKP – Board of Directors' direction and address
- Tito Soetalaksana, President Commissioner of BKP – opening and closing remarks
- Elisabeth Novie Riswanti, President Director of the BTN Pension Fund – address and governance guidance
- Ibu Rahmawati – Management and Administration of Outsourced Workforce (TAD)
- Bapak Ishak – Credit Quality
- Bapak Manahan – Corporate Cost Management
- Binayasa Putra Batara
- Marketing Division and Business Division
- BTN division representatives, including CXD, PFAD, and SDD – presentations on marketing strategy, business development, customer experience, building management, and the branch network expansion plan
In his remarks, the President Commissioner expressed hope that all branch representatives would attend, and that the Rakornas would serve as a forum for discussion to align business targets and improve organizational quality. He also encouraged everyone to keep striving and stay optimistic in the face of challenges.
Closing the event, management reminded participants that the challenges ahead will grow larger and the road will not always be smooth, but there is always a path forward. Area Managers were encouraged to stay optimistic and keen to spot opportunities.
